1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Fuze X application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. About Fuze X

Fuze X is a social activity platform that connects people with experiences, venues, and communities. We provide tools for discovering activities, tracking personal achievements, managing memberships, purchasing tickets, and engaging with venues — all powered by AI-driven personalization.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Fuze X. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at contact@fuzex.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

When using Fuze X, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Upload malicious software, spam, or any content designed to disrupt the Platform.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
  • Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by Fuze X.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Fuze X (photos, videos, reviews, etc.). By posting content, you grant Fuze X a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

7. Purchases, Tickets, and Memberships

  • Fuze X facilitates ticket purchases, venue memberships, and other transactions between you and venue partners.
  • All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Fees and taxes may apply.
  • Refund policies are determined by the individual venue partner unless otherwise stated. Contact the venue directly or reach out to us at info@fuzex.io for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of services provided by venue partners.

8. AI Features

Fuze X uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized activity suggestions, smart scheduling, and venue recommendations. AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience and should not be treated as professional advice. We continuously improve our AI systems but do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of every recommendation.

9. Intellectual Property

The Fuze X name, logo, design, and all associated trademarks, graphics, software, and content are the property of Fuze X and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (venue websites, payment processors, map providers, etc.). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Fuze X is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuze X and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits — whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
